On this episode of RadioActive I brought back Aida Ramirez, Quintin Valiente, and Mike Matthiessen for another round of “politics around the dinner table”, with a focus on how to dig into our respective social justice blindspots. Those involved in social justice work who engage in critical conversations and reflection still bring biases and positions to their work that impact our collective ability to create social change. Being an active social justice advocate involves continuous learning, comfort with screwing up and a willingness to learn from others who may see the world in different ways.

On this episode we shared our own social justice blindspots, how we came to know them and what we do to surface and challenge blindspots we have yet to find.
